| How do I order from SHINS.com.my? |
| Simple. You just need to browse through our products for the items that most fit your requirements. Once you've made your choice, simply click on the "ADD TO CART" button next to the product and the product will be added to your shopping cart.
Click on the "Update Cart" button after you have made changes to the quantity of your items. To remove an item from your cart, just click on the relevant checkbox under the heading "Remove". Go through the items in your cart carefully. When you are ready to complete your purchase, click the "Check Out" button.
We have a simple 3-step check out process. Step 1 will ask for your particulars, shipping detail and a short message to the recipient of your items. You will then be transferred to our secure server in Step 2 for your billing information. Step 3 asks for your order confirmation and if you click the "Place Order" button, this will complete the order.
IMPORTANT: Print out your digital receipt and keep as a hard copy; or simply write down your OrderID. You will have to quote this OrderID if you wish to make any enquiries. |

Enrolling with Verified by Visa is easy! Go to our online payment-secure enrolment web page and enter a few details as requested in the form.
After you complete the form, click on the "activate now" button. Then create your own "Verified by Visa" Pin.
You will be asked for your "Verified by Visa" Pin whenever your card is used at our online store. |
