Refunds & Exchanges
In the event that you are not satisfied with whatever you have purchased from Shins.com.my, kindly be informed that we do not accept any return from customer unless it is damaged or has extensive defects discovered upon the receiving of the items. No claims shall be entertained once the delivery order is signed for. Effort must be made to notify us within 24 hours after the receipt of the items and to specify if you would want a replacement or a money refund.
Please include your particulars like order number, product number and the reason for refunds/exchanges and notify us via our feedback form. All returned items must be shipped or postal mailed prepaid in their original cartons and sent to:
